With the aim of adapting its services to the demands of the digital environment and continuing to enhance customer experience satisfaction, H10 Hotels has announced the official launch of its new mobile application. This revamped digital tool is evolving the way guests interact with the group's establishments, offering a better customer experience, as it provides direct and easy access to hotel services.

The new app has been developed to cover the three key stages of the travel cycle: before visiting the destination, during, and after the stay. It also allows H10 Rewards members to manage their stays with the chain in one place.

By adopting a robust digital model, users can search, book, and manage every detail of their trip across all the company's hotels in all its destinations from a single profile. This saves time and improves the user experience.

The new development stands out for offering visual, agile and intuitive solutions that eliminate waiting times in traditional hotel processes:

        • Before you travel | Planning and benefits: You can always secure the best online price guaranteed and easily check in online before arrival. This speeds up check-in at reception so you can start enjoying your trip from the very first minute.
        • During your stay | The entire hotel at your fingertips: Guests enjoy greater autonomy within the hotel. Through the app, you can make table reservations at restaurants, request wellness treatments at the Despacio Spa Centre, reserve parking spaces, or extend your stay by requesting a late check-out. Additionally, the Room Service module allows you to view the hotel's menu and place orders directly to your room without needing to make phone calls. (These services may vary depending on the hotel.)
        • H10 Rewards | Loyalty Program Management: The app fully integrates the new private member area. Loyalty program members have instant access to their digital card, view their exclusive benefits based on their tier, check their balance and point redemption, and view their history of active and past stays.

Launch campaign for customers

To celebrate this digital milestone, H10 Hotels has launched an exclusive promotional campaign applicable to bookings made through the official app until June 14, 2026, valid for stays until December 31, 2027.
Travelers who book directly through the app will receive a discount of up to 25% (which includes the guaranteed 5% for loyalty program members) and 100 extra points in H10 Rewards for each reservation.

Additionally, to enhance the value of the new mobile app from the outset, guests who, after booking with the promotional code, show their H10 Rewards digital card from the app at reception upon arrival will enjoy exclusive perks depending on their chosen destination: a Welcome drink per person in European hotels or $100 Resort Credits per stay and room in Caribbean resorts for consumption on selected resort services.

The new H10 Hotels app is now available for free download at App Store (for iOS systems) and Google Play (for Android systems).
