Croda It is a British chemical company specializing in health, beauty, lubricants and plastics products.

Our business spans several sectors: personal care, health and performance, geotechnology, home care, lubricants and polymer additives, and industrial chemicals.

Founded in 1925, it has been present in Spain for 20 years. From its headquarters in Croda In Barcelona and at our production center in Mevisa, we deliver a wide range of natural specialty and oil products to the Iberian market.

The acquisition of Sederma in 1997 helped us innovate our skincare products by providing us with new ingredients; and the acquisition of Uniquema by ICI in 2006 consolidated our position as a global leader with manufacturing facilities in Europe and Asia.

The creation of the technology investment group in 2011 demonstrated our continued commitment to innovation, focusing on the development of new technologies. The group led the acquisition of the Chinese company Sipo, thus entering this market for the first time.
