First workplaces will open its 4th Flexible Office Center on Paseo de la Castellana, next to the Santiago Bernabéu

First workplaces, the leading company in flexible offices and corporate coworking in Spain, continues its growth with the opening next March of a new 2,200 m2 flexible office space in Madrid, on Paseo de la Castellana 130, just in front of the one that the operator already has in Torre Europa.
The new business center will occupy the last two floors (9th and 10th) of the building, with a comprehensive reform completed this year, including a glass-façade that provides light and impressive views, technical and AC installations, security systems and a thorough interior design. In addition, the terrace on the 9th floor has been set up for the exclusive use of First workplaces clients with the best views of Paseo La Castellana. With this reform and modernization, the property has obtained the Leed Gold Certification, a guarantee of sustainability, efficiency and comfort.
