HM HOSPITALES offers a premium medical service to international clients visiting Spain for tourism or business, who are covered by their international insurance. The service includes:
1.Multilingual 24/7 Call Center:- 900 26 47 96
The call center is activated immediately upon call, providing assistance in multiple languages, including English.
2.House calls
A doctor who speaks English will quickly travel to your hotel or apartment to provide medical care.
3. Private Ambulance Service
If necessary, an ambulance will be sent to transport the patient to HM HOSPITALES INTERNATIONAL PATIENT for urgent care.
4. International Patient Department:in HM HOSPITALES
Upon arrival at the hospital's emergency room, the international team will assist the client, speaking their language and managing their insurance.
Priority access to urgent care is given, recognizing the limited time of the client in the city.
5. VIP Hospitalization
In case of hospitalization, a VIP room will be arranged, along with services for any necessary companions, special meals, and coordination of travel changes or repatriation.
This service ensures international clients receive comprehensive, personalized, and efficient care throughout their visit to Spain.
