Lucas Fox International Properties, the leading Barcelona-based real estate company specialising in the sale of residential properties in Spain to national and international clients is looking for a Team Assistant, to be based in the company’s Property Lounge in Madrid.
The Team Assistant is an important role, providing administrative support to the Director and team and acting as the main point of contact for the Administrative team in the Lucas Fox Head Office in Barcelona.
The Team Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Lounge on a day to day basis.
The Team Assistant will be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers visiting the Lucas Fox office so the candidate should be presentable, confident, customer focused and accustomed to dealing with high end international clients.
The position requires a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
The candidate should be experienced in Admin support and demonstrate a high level of competence in IT, including database management, MS Office and Excel.
Lucas Fox is an exciting and rewarding fast-paced environment requiring the ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
We are looking for someone who has good presence, excellent communication skills, self-motivation and drive, with fluency in Spanish, and English (good knowledge of French or other languages are a plus).
