Academic Assistant | MSMK

MSMK University is a private university that offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses with international and professional recognition. Our methodology is innovative, involving practical training and technology. We are looking for an Academic Assistant for the Undergraduate department with the following functions:
- Email and agenda control
- Control and organization of classes and events
- Student services: Registration of enrolments, absences, academic progress reports, meetings, reports to the Director
- Teacher services: confirmation of sessions, database registry, documentation
- Coordination and assistance to the teaching staff: queries, orientation, doubts and classroom assistance
- Creation and maintenance of the Intranet
- Issue and registry of diplomas/certificates
- Control and planning of school materials
- Contact with British universities and education centres
- Translation of academic documents
- Coordination of visits to companies
- Internal quality control: audit preparation, teacher observations
Conditions:
- Length: undefined contract
- Immediate incorporation
- Timetable: 09:00 – 18:00 H – Monday to Friday
- Salary: 20.000 eu (to be discuss) - Salary reviewable to a year
Requirements:
- University degree
- Desirable previous administration experience
- Good knowledge of IT: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Tools: Google Drive and Gmail
- Capacity to work on initiative and manage high work load
