Marj Boyer is an international growth and transformation specialist. Her experience covers many areas of the economy including manufacturing , but has particular expertise in the service sector including business and professional services. She has built a reputation for ‘growing’ companies and the people within them. She is the former Chief Executive Officer of One Central Park Ltd in Manchester, UK and is the founder of Individual Partnerships, a company which works with businesses around the UK and overseas, driving and supporting them as they change and grow. Her approach to business has been called, “a common sense view which is not that common;” the focus being very much on both the strategic and practical steps to growth. One of her most commonly used phrases is “You can, actually”.
Having worked at Managing Director and CEO level in companies in the UK as well as other countries, particularly in the gulf, where she negotiated and ran a JV, she understands the challenges associated with running a business or organisation. Directly, she has added value to businesses by strengthening the Balance Sheet and developing new profitable income streams to support growth. Indirectly, she has coached and supported the top teams of multi million pound businesses to insure that issues are addressed and action taken, so that they have the best possible chance of success.
