ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR FOR DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SALES.
In addition to experiences in similar activity areas along with a structured and precise way of working, the position requires to be a strong communicator and team-worker, combined with an intercultural competence. You should like taking on responsibility, be analytic, punctual, meticulous, reliable and proactive in striving for continuous improvement. Communication skills in Spanish and English are essential; additional languages, such as Chinese, French or Portuguese are a plus. To meet the requirements of the position, you should have a professional qualification in sales and export and have corresponding experience.
Your range of tasks will comprehend:
· Elaborate and communicate price quotations & order confirmations to our customers
· Order processing & follow-up
· Inquire transportations offers; order and follow-up of transports of our goods by commissioned forwarders
· Assist in our administrative proceeding for complaint management
· Support our Customer Relations Management
