Saudi Arabia is a country that stands at the international cross-roads of finance, investment, commerce and trade. The Saudi government's ambitious Vision 2030 promises an unequalled period of growth, development and modernisation for the country and its people. It also offers vast potential to investors in the Infrastructure and Energy Sectors, and this session promises to be a very useful discussion for those companies doing business in Saudi Arabia as well as for those planning to do it soon.
This session is extremely timely as it follows the coming into force of the new Saudi Civil Transactions Act. It also comes as Pinsent Masons has been granted a licence by the Ministry of Justice to practise law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With the grant of the foreign law licence, Pinsent Masons will now operate through ‘Alsabhan & Alajaji Pinsent Masons LLC’, enabling both firms to continue to support clients and build upon our strong regional practice and presence.
