Join Lucas Fox, Klev & Vera, and EuroAmerican Financial Advisors as we discuss high end real estate investing for British citizens In Spain.
Join us on Thursday April 18th 2024 at 7pm as we discuss investing in high end real estate for British citizens living in or moving to Spain.
Topics covered will include:
- The process of purchasing real estate in Spain; differences compared to the process in the UK; Spanish market and region overview.
- Spanish Golden Visa overview; buying property through an entity; Spanish taxes overview relating to real estate (e.g. Spanish capital gains and wealth taxes).
- Financial planning considerations.

He is a qualified European financial advisor, and holds masters degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of Strathclyde. He resides in Spain.
