Almería Leads Revaluation in Andalusia: Vera Sees a 72.9% Price Surge! (October Market Update) | Andamara

- The latest data from the Fotocasa Real Estate Index confirms that the second-hand market in Almería province is not only staying strong but is experiencing explosive growth in key areas.
- Andalusia saw a year-on-year increase of 20.2% in October, and Almería is the second Andalusian province with the largest annual increase (14.3%), right after Granada (15.1%).
The Municipality with the Biggest Price Explosion: Vera
The municipality of Vera has cemented its position as the star performer in the province and across all of Andalusia in terms of second-hand home revaluation:

Vera: Experienced the largest year-on-year increase across the whole of Andalusia, with an incredible 72.9% rise.

Cuevas del Almanzora: Follows closely in the province with a highly significant increase of 33.8%.
This remarkable growth in Vera far surpasses the second-highest rising Andalusian municipality (Salobreña, Granada, 52.9%).
