On Thursday, 21st May, the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain was delighted to host the Andalucía Real Estate Forum, in collaboration with Dils Lucas Fox, at the prestigious Higuerón Marbella Golf & Country Club, bringing together an excellent turnout of members and guests from across the Costa del Sol for an evening of insightful discussion and networking.
The event reflected the continued strength and importance of the real estate sector within the Andalucía business community, offering attendees the opportunity to hear directly from leading professionals across the industry whilst strengthening relationships within the Chamber’s growing regional network.
The evening began with opening remarks from Derek A. Langley, the Chamber Regional Vice-President, who welcomed guests and highlighted the Chamber’s continued commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for dialogue, collaboration, and business development across the region. Derek also shared an overview of upcoming Chamber initiatives and the importance of the property sector to both the regional and wider Spanish economy.
This was followed by an introduction from the event sponsor, Dils Lucas Fox, whose support made the evening possible. Guests were introduced to the company’s growing presence within the luxury and residential property market, as well as its commitment to supporting international investment and business activity across Spain.
The forum then moved into an engaging panel discussion moderated by Alfredo Bloy-Dawson, a leading industry commentator, featuring a distinguished group of speakers from across the real estate and professional services sectors, including:
