On Tuesday 16th December, the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain held its 3rd Andalucía Annual Christmas Cocktail together with its well respected and esteemed member of the chamber, CaixaBank.
CaixaBank is the leading financial group in the Spanish market, comprised of banking business, insurance activity and investments in international banks and leading companies in the services sector, and has been a very active and Senior Corporate member of the Chamber since 2005.
Derek A. Langley, Regional Vice President of the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain, set the stage by welcoming all attendees and providing insights into the Chamber’s upcoming events and its recent activities. He also provided the guests with enlightening facts on Malaga’s economy, including its growth and market sectors, and its significant position in Andalucia in general, highlighting the strong British investment in Spain and its significance.
Then Francisco Jose Carrasco Ocon, Director Territorial HolaBank Andalucía, took over the stage and talked about the history of CaixaBank.
After the remarks, the gathering changed into a lively networking event, with everyone taking advantage of the chance to have deep discussions and make new business contacts, with attendees creating an environment that was engaging for everyone.
