Our global core brand TRS Staffing Solutions provides a managerial, professional, engineering and technical scope of expertise. Our direct hire brand,TRS Select, specialises in direct hire services for middle to senior professional, engineering managerial, specialist or niche roles. TRS Craft Services covers manual, semi-skilled operator and technician roles. Our fourth brand, FIS Workforce Solutions develops, implements and supports clients with tailored recruitment and
supplemental personnel services. A workforce solution may include full recruitment of an international contingent workforce plus all supporting services covering regulatory and client compliance needs, supporting infrastructure and logistics, payroll and HR administration. The solution is designed to deliver and administer a cost efficient high quality multi-national workforce to meet a project, producing and/or maintenance need anywhere in the world.
Recruitment solutions
We work with businesses who have varying staffing challenges, from a short-term temporary or contingent need for one or two personnel through to a project staffing requirement covering a multi-skilled international workforce of a thousand or more, based in a remote and/or challenging location.
Our direct hire staffing capability is equally flexible. with services addressing single to high-volume needs, talent acquisition strategies. Operating across North America, EMEA, Asia and Australia.
