GENERAL INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION
The Center of Excellence is a Business Support Function that enables Knowledge and Best Practices transfer across divisions, letting Business Units take advantage and use it for Growth as well as Improvement purposes.
The objective of this Internship is to support the analysis of operational productivity, as well as the development of comprehensive tools to gather, compare, and share operational performance among projects of similar nature.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
The Center of Excellence for Infrastructures in London offers a real role with opportunities to work on a variety of projects that will build the Intern's Operational management knowledge and Managerial skills thanks to the global vision of projects performance analysis.
1.Proactive Support to the Engineering Divisions: Financial analysis, KPIs analysis, Operational Ratios analysis and some other diverse data analysis.
2.Active involvement with Project Managers and Bidding Specialist.
3.Participation in the development of Operational Efficiency management tools along the Team.
