Kantox users can execute spot and forward transactions in 35+ currencies and better manage their currency risk. To date, our 1.700+ clients have exchanged $2billion on our platform and save 1.3% on average for each transaction.
Kantox was founded by two former Deloitte consultants and we now have 2 offices: London (headquarters) and Barcelona (back-office). We are growing at light-speed. Up to now, Kantox has saved more than $25M for its clients, and we are going for more!

The Challenge.
The goal of the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to take care of our customers so they have an amazing experience after their on boarding. This will be the Kantox contact person for our top clients, not only to solve daily issues but also to identify business opportunities out from a sensitive understanding of their needs and projects.
Our CSM analyzes our top client’s operational processes and matches them with new products, unique market opportunities and improvement ideas. To achieve this, a trust-worthy and strategic relationship becomes fundamental to create real value from our products. Finally, you will also help clients establishing critical goals, achieving upselling opportunities and key performance indicators.
The Career
The CSM is a long term career: at the very beginning you will be focused on understanding our client’s world and needs during their day to day operations. After that, you will be able to analyze and develop business opportunities increasing the wallet share.
You
We are looking for people with exquisite communication skills in both written and on the phone. A real care taker able to connect with our client’s concerns, practical, analytical and with a strong understanding of Fx and economics.
We are disrupting the financial industry, therefore eagerness and energy are the key to success in this position.
Individuals with 1 or 2 years of sales experience serving customers in Fx companies, banks, SaaS companies, talented graduates and junior consultants keen on a long-term career are our main focus.
Excellent skills in French and English or English and German are a must for this position. Spanish will be plus.
