Supported by a talented Executive Team, the CEO will lead the implementation of the strategy which has seen ICAS transform and grow its reputation and this will require the CEO to actively engage with a diverse membership both in the UK and internationally.
The suitable candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:
- A visionary, innovative and inspirational leader with a strategic and commercial mindset
- Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills
- A track record in delivering commercial growth, customer and employee engagement and service levels
- An excellent facilitator and communicator who is at ease with a diverse range of audiences
