Talent and Culture Commission

The working group was born with the idea of creating a space for reflection and analysis of new trends in Culture, Leadership, and Talent Management, which will drive the sustainability of XNUMXst-century organizations.

In the new BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible) context, companies need to focus more than ever on aligning their business strategy, culture, and talent management.

Among its objectives is the development of a Think Tank with CEOs, People and Culture Directors, from different companies and sectors, members of the British Chamber; or sharing of knowledge, experiences, best practices and examples of innovation.

In 2024, the Talent and Culture Commission presented his tips for companies to become high-performance ecosystems and adapt to the demands of the 9st century. These nine tips were developed through the collaborative work of nearly 50 attendees who participated in an initial working session, contributing their ideas and opinions. These ideas were subsequently compiled and developed by the Commission members and presented at the final session. María García (Smart Culture) stated during the presentation that one of the challenges taken on by the Culture and Talent Commission is to generate a space for reflection and analysis of current trends, with the goal of aligning business, culture, and people strategies.
