Lucas Fox International Properties, the leading Barcelona-based real estate company specialising in the sale of residential properties in Spain to national and international clients is looking for a Property Lounge Receptionist for our offices in Madrid.
The Receptionist is a highly visible role that serves as the first point of contact for all guests visiting Lucas Fox. The position requires poise, tact and diplomacy while greeting customers. The Receptionist serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately and notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
The position also requires continual attention to detail while answering phones, responding to inquiries from national and international clients, composing accurate messages and ensuring that all phone calls are managed professionally and with enthusiasm.
In addition the receptionist will have administrative support duties that includes filing, copying, scanning and projects that will use demonstrated MS Office skills.
Lucas Fox is an exciting, fast-paced environment requiring the ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
We are looking for someone who has good presence, excellent communication skills, self-motivation and drive, with fluency in Spanish, and English (good knowledge of French or other languages are a plus).

A quick look at the list of members shows that we have had commercial dealings with about 30 of our co-members in that time. The mutual membership of the Chamber has provided us with a great platform to talk. It gives people the opportunity to know you and trust you. We have also taken the opportunity to sponsor various successful Chamber events and increase our brand visibility, as well as speaking to many decision makers in business and government. Hays has now joined the British Chamber in nearly all of the 33 countries from which we operate. The cost of annual corporate membership is a lot lower than a single advert in most media and in my opinion we get a tremendous return on investment. Apart from which, I enjoy it!
