The British Chamber of Commerce in Spain is delighted to announce the outcome of Thursday's Governing Council Elections.

There are 18 members forming part of the new Governing Council, who are as follows:

We would like to thank all those members that stood for election, for their time and dedication to the Chamber, and we regret that not all candidates were successful. We would also like to extend our thanks to all Chamber members who exercised their right to vote, thus helping to elect a new Governing Council representative of the Chamber as a whole.

The first 2010 - 2012 Governing Council meeting will be held on Wednesday 19th May 2010 at 16:00 in Madrid, where the key officers of the Chamber will be elected. These newly elected positions will then be announced after the meeting to all Chamber members.

Members will have a chance to meet the new Governing Council at the BCCS Summer Cocktail in Collaboration with the British Embassy in Madrid on Wednesday 19th May.
