As stated in the Ley Orgánica 15/1999 and the Rights that are acknowledged in this, in particular those regarding opposition, entry, rectification and cancellation, with the signed date which results at the end of the above document, the named beneficiary gives their consent for the inclusion of their personal details in the various British Chamber of Commerce’s Publications, which serve the purpose of negotiating contact relations, so as to inform, develop and commercialise the service and the activities which are related and authorise the sending of information which could be of interest and seminars which are carried out.

The client consents specifically the pledge to the users of the services of the Chamber and the rest of the Chambers and agents who, if necessary, collaborate with the Chamber, of the details contained in the document. Said pledge will only serve the purpose to carry out tasks regarding information, Entrance, development and commercialisation. Similarly, the client consents to the pledge of those operators whose intervention is necessary for the assistance of the service. (This is merely an interpretation of the Ley Orgánica)
