Granite Consultants (UK) is a British company with headquarters in London. Through our Spanish subsidiary company Granite Solar (SL), and our partners SoloSol renovables (www.solosolrenovables.com), we are currently in the process of building a number of solar farms in Spain.

The lackluster performance of Pension funds and the poor rates of return offered by PEPS and ISAs in the wake of the recent financial tsunami, prompted us to look for something that might realize a greater return than what is on offer on the high street, while steering clear of the precipitous waters of speculative investment.

We are providing an opportunity to purchase units of our solar farms, each unit corresponding to 0.5KW of the farms output. The farms are managed by us, and the electricity generated is sold, on the unit owners behalf, being remunerated in the form of a dividend paid twice yearly. Unlike investments of a speculative nature, the returns are assured by the Spanish Government and the EU.

In short we offer an additional, government-bonded income for your capital. We estimate returns of between 7 and 9% per annum (net), the returns being index linked to the rate of inflation and as such will increment every year.
