I have more than ten years experience of working in the fast changing, international, small and mid-size companies. Change is a constant part of the life at work and requires the people to adapt to new circumstances. I accompany these changes.

I accompany employees so that they can efficiently start in a new country.

- Team Coaching:
I facilitate organizational changes or solve conflictive situations among employees or departments.

- Process and organizational change:
Together with my clients I define the objectives, analyze their current situation and develop and implement solutions.

My services are offered in English, Spanish and German.
