Noraktrad has more than 15 years experience in high-quality technical translations. The company was set up in 1990 in Madrid by Manuela Maza, a Spanish advanced aeronautical engineer and Stephan Oeller, a German law graduate. The scope of the company grew quickly; the German-Spanish relations, the technical knowledge of the founders as well as the meticulous quality of the translations quickly turned Noraktrad into one of the sector's leading Spanish service providers. More than 300 collaborators are distributed between the company's offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Munich and Frankfurt/Hanau. The two offices in Germany were opened within the last two years and the success of the company's expansion is shown with the opening of Noraktrad's third German office, in Berlin this autumn.

The company specialises in legal, technical and industrial translations and works with the main European communication languages. With 20,000 patents translated every year, Noraktrad leads the European market in the translation of patents and trademarks.
