Who are we?

PROMOMADRID, Desarrollo Internacional de Madrid, S.A., is a publicly funded company established in 2004 with the aim of promoting and developing the region of Madrid internationally from an economic perspective. PROMOMADRID is affiliated to the Madrid Regional Ministry of Economy and Technological Innovation.

Our Mission

PROMOMADRID aims to promote the Madrid region within the international sphere mainly by supporting local businesses in Madrid, attracting foreign direct investment and by all direct and indirect activities carried out within Spain or abroad, which aim to improve the presence, perception and appreciation of the region, its businesses and institutions, as well as its cultural heritage and economic potential.

Our Team

We have a team of experts who specialise in market strategy consultancy, attraction of foreign investment and international trade. They are all professionals who have an in-depth knowledge of other cultures and alternative ways of doing business.

In order to achieve our objective to internationalise the region of Madrid, we have developed various support programmes for Madrid businesses and have signed many collaboration agreements with trade associations, universities, institutions, embassies, consulates and other professional organisations.
