National Coming Out Day is celebrated internationally on October 11. To coincide with this important day, myGwork and IE Out&Allies have organized the third edition of 'Welcome Talent!'. This edition has a focus on the importance of attracting young LGBTQ+ talent. Additionally, this event will highlight leading research on diversity & inclusion, as well as sharing best practices from D&I experts and myGwork corporate partners.
Key Facts:
- Gen Z are the most diverse generation in relation to their sexual orientation according to Ipsos research.
- With an increase in the percentage of people who identify as LGBTQ+ within Generation Z, the talent pool they represent also increases, accounting for 1/5th of the total talent population.
- In 2030, Millennials and Gen Z will account for a vast majority of the global workforce.
- According to recent studies, Allies (people who are supporters of the community but do not define themselves as LGBTQ+) prefer to work in companies with good D&I practices.

La Cámara de Comercio Británica en España cumple para Gestamp un doble papel. Por un lado, nos sirve como ayuda en la interlocución con las instituciones del Reino Unido y, por otro, nos aporta información relevante sobre el mundo empresarial británico y un foro de intercambio de experiencias empresariales en la relación bilateral España-Reino Unido.
